
You have got to try these meatballs! My dad makes a giant batch of these for our huge family vacation when we all go to the Jersey shore in the summer. They are always a hit and there are never any left over. I like to double the recipe and freeze half of them for another easy meal. My son loves to help me make these. It's such an easy but full of flavor recipe! These meatballs literally melt in your mouth. I really can't explain just how delicious they are! You really need to try them for yourself! The Best Melt In Your Mouth Meatball

Ingredients
*1 1/2 lbs ground beef
*1 large egg slightly beaten
*1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
*1/3 cup breadcrumbs
*2 tablespoon minced garlic
*2 teaspoon salt
*1 teaspoon ground black pepper
*1/3 cup milk
*1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
*1/2 cup sliced fresh Basil *2 tablespoon oil
Instructions
1.Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl.
2.Shape into small meatballs.
3.Add some oil to a frying pan & let heat up, then add meatballs to pan.

4.Fry until browned on each side.
5.Drop the meatballs into simmering pasta sauce and
6.Continue cooking in the simmering sauce for about 20 minutes until fully cooked.
7.Add your favorite pasta & enjoy!
