Easy & Delicious Crockpot Sesame Chicken

Ingredients:
-1 1/2 lbs. Boneless/skinless Chicken breast
-1/2 cup Honey
-1/4 cup Soy Sauce
-2 tbsp. Dried Onion
-2 tbsp. Ketchup
-1 tbsp. Oil
-1/2 tsp. Garlic Powder
-2 tsp. Cornstarch dissolved in 3 tbsp. Water
-Sesame Seeds for Garnish Directions:
1. Place chicken breasts into crockpot. Combine Honey, soy sauce, onion, ketchup, oil & garlic

powder. Mix well and pour over chicken.
2. Cook on low for 3-4 hours or high for 1 1/2 to 2 1/2 hours until chicken is cooked through.
3. Remove Chicken from crockpot and leave sauce.
4. Dissolve 2 tsp. Cornstarch in 3 tbsp. Water & pour into crockpot. Stir to combine.
5. Replace lid & cook sauce on high for 10 more minutes until sauce in slightly thickened.
6. Cut chicken into pieces or shred chicken. Return to crockpot and mix sauce and chicken. Let simmer for another 5 minutes.
8. Serve on a bed of rice with your choice of vegetable. Garnish with sesame seeds. I like to add cut broccoli to step 4 and let it simmer.
