As many others while quarantined in this COVID-19 pandemic, I jumped on the at home stationary spin bike bandwagon. I was so excited to hop on it and complete my first ride. Just 15 minutes proved that I was out of shape and that this bike was about to have me in pain for weeks (on the under carriage region if you know what I mean) unless I did something.
After talking to a few friends that cycled it was highly recommended that I invest in some padded bike shorts. I immediately started looking at some of the recommendations people gave me on Amazon and came across the beroy Womens Bike Shorts with 3D Gel Padded,Cycling Women's Shorts. I ordered two pair and received them next day!
Let me tell you... these padded shorts are a total game changer!!! Since fully feeling better (down there) after my first ride, I started using these shorts and have had no pain since! The seat is now comfortable and I can complete my rides without any issue.
The fit is true to size and hits just above your knees and right above the belly button. This full-type coverage makes me feel really secure and not concerned about my "mom belly" hanging over the top. They feel really secure and are very breathable with the mesh type panels on the sides.
I give these padded bike shorts 5 stars and would highly recommend them to any fellow cyclers!
